Aaj 15 august 2011 ko hum desh ki 64vi saalgiraha mana rahe hai. Desh ko aazad hue 64 saal ho gaye hai. Is desh ko aazad karwane ke liye bhagat singh, sukhdev,chandeashekhar aazad,subhash jaise anginat krantivveron ne apni jaan ki bazi laga di tab jaa kar hume yeh aazdai ka suraj naseeb hua, par aaj issi desh ne in krantiveeron ko bhula diya yaha tak ki congress jo ye kahete nahi thakti hai ki mahatma gandhi jaisa sachcha desh bhakt is desh me or koi nahi hua,jo yeh kaheti hai ki gandhi he uske aadhar hai ne khud gandhi ke aadharo se koson dur hai. Kahene ko hum aazad ho gaye hai but aaj bhi hum gulami me he jee rahe hai. Gandhi or wo sare krantiveer or wo jinhone aazadi ke liye apni jaan ki bazi laga di aaj apne he desh me begane ho gaye hai sirf or sirf in netaon ki wajha se. yeh kavita pakistan ke liye likhi gayi thi but aaj ki tarikh me yeh kavita humare netaon ke bare me bilkul satik baithti hai kynki humare neta bhi pakistan jaise ho gaye hai wo bhi saitaan ke dada ho gaye hai. Aaj hindu, muslim, sikh, christian sab ek dusre ke dushman bane hue hai sirf in netaon ki wajha se. Aaj is desh ki wo halat ho gayi hai jaha aamir garib se or garib aamir se to jalta he hai balki yaha tak bhi ki aamir aamir se or garib garib se bhi jalta hai. Jis din ye neta is desh or aam aadmi ke bare me sochne or kaam karne lagenge us din us din yeh desh sahi mayane me aazadi ka jashan mana payega or yeh desh kushaal hoga jaha har koi khul kar khusi mana payega jaha sab log hasi khusi gale milenge jaha kisi bhi tarah ki koi dushamni nahi hoagi. Aisa Bharat chahiye hume jaha hum sach me aazdi ke sath jee paaye...

Government wants to read your tweets, Facebook posts

NEW DELHI: Beware of what you put in your Facebook messages or your tweets. Your friends and followers may not be the only ones reading them. Chances are government sleuths would be vetting these private messages.

This follows a home ministry directive to the department of telecom, asking it to "ensure effective monitoring of Twitter and Facebook". While "effective monitoring" has not been defined, sources said the MHA's intention is complete surveillance of the sites. This means not only does the government want to keep an eye on tweets and wall posts that are in the public domain but also the content you share only with your friends.

Minister of state for communication and information technology Milind Deora said in a written reply in the Rajya Sabha last week that DoT had received a letter from the MHA asking it to monitor networking websites in order to "strengthen the cyber security paraphernalia".

His statement was in response to a question from MP NK Singh.

A senior government official said the home ministry's directive asked DoT to facilitate access to all data in social networking sites for its intelligence agencies.

Sunil Abraham, executive director of Centre for Internet and Society said these "blanket surveillance practices" are counterproductive.

"People advocating greater surveillance don't understand how the web works. In some cases, if there is evidence, targeted monitoring can be done but if government wants to go through each tweet and every status update, it's just waste of money and resources. Agencies involved in monitoring can do better work by focusing on core issues. This will also save law-abiding citizens from unnecessary harassment," said Abraham.

Some Facebook and Twitter content is already under the surveillance of the National Technical Research Organization. Deora confirmed this, telling Parliament that "telecom service providers (already) provide facilities for lawful interception and monitoring of communication flowing through their network including communications from social networking websites like Facebook and Twitter".

He said in cases where data is encrypted by websites like Twitter, the department works with the parties concerned to obtain access. Twitter and Facebook don't share private information on their servers without a court order. Twitter also has a policy of informing the user whose information is being shared with security agencies.

India has in the recent months sought access to data from internet service providers as well as companies like Research In Motion, which sells BlackBerry phones capable of encrypted emails and messaging.

In April the government notified a new set of IT rules, virtually making intermediaries like internet service providers, web hosts and websites like responsible for any wrongdoings on their networks. The rules were widely criticized by privacy activists.

Law enforcement agencies across the world monitor social networking sites but in most cases it is selective. A few days ago, Pentagon said that it was looking to monitor websites like Twitter in order to identify terror threats as well as to keep a tab on trends, unrest and events like popular revolts in the Arab world. Darpa, a research body under the US department of defence, said it had earmarked $42m to fund research into monitoring social networks.

In the terrorism-ridden world we live in, security demands will be intrusive. But that doesn't mean the intrusion can be all-pervasive. When there are detailed guidelines on phone tapping, there's no reason why similar guidelines shouldn't be applied to surveillance of social networking sites. The basic principle should be clear: it can't be a fishing expedition on the off-chance that some wrongdoing may be detected. Surveillance of a person's social networking activity should be allowed only where there is a prima facie case of criminal activity. Plus there should be periodic review of each case.

Change lana bahut jaroori hai or aurton ki life me change aan he chahiye. Kynki bharat ab aadhi aabadi ke sath he nahi aage tak ja payega use ab baki ki aadhi aabadi ko bhi sath me lena hoga or us baki ki aadhi aabadi ko sharirik or mansik suraksha ka wada bhi dena hoga tabhi bharat aage ja payega or duniya ka sartaaj ban payga.

Itna sasta ki koi bhi aadmi aasani se apna ilaaz desh ke kisi bhi medical institute me karwa sakta hai but yaha aisa nahi ho raha hai coz jise ilaaz ki jaroorat hai wo sadak ke kinare maar raha hai, ilaaz se pahele medical institute walo ko paisa chahiye tabhi wo ilaaz karenge, chahe itni der me wo insaan mar he kyn na jaye. Humari sarkar kahete hai ki humari medical suvidhaye duniya bhar se kafi badiya or kifayeti hai but kya srakar ye batayegi agar aisa hai to sarkar ke karinde or bade udhoygpati, actor bagirah India se bahar he kyn apna ilaaz karwate hai, unhe kya Indian medical par bharosha nahi hai. Aap kahete hai ki Indian’s ko kahi bhi bahar ja kar ilaaz karwane ki jarrorat nahi hai coz India me he sare ilaaz ho jate hai. Agar aisa hai to ye log kyn India se bahar ja kar he apna ilaaz karwate hai. Ya to Indian medical abhi tak itna kabil nahi hua hai ki wo abhi bhi achcha ilaaz uplababdh karwa paye ya phir ye inko Indian medical par bharosha nahi hai. Ya to ye sirf hum jaise logo ke liye he hai job hale he ilaaz karwate-2 ya ilaaz ke duraan he kyn na mar jaye, kynki hum jaise log to kitne he mar jaye lekin humari sarkar ke kaano par to joo bhi na rengegi. Sarkar ko to sirf hum jaise aam aadmi ka he khoon chusne ka kaam aata hai chahe wo kisi bhi tarha se chuse. Fuck this government we hate our leader coz they are not true leader. Ye budhe or lachaar leader kuch karne layak nahi hai or inse bhi jayda lachaar hum hai jo baar baar inhe he parliament me bhej rahe hai, aakhir kab hum neend se jagenge.
